You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags and original packaging intact. We provide free doorstep reverse pickup and zero restocking fees.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once processed, standard shipping has an estimated transit time of 2 to 6 business days. Express shipping takes 1 to 2 business days, and standard shipping to the North East and remote areas takes 7 to 10 business days.

We deliver to all major PIN codes across India via trusted partners. Our current policies only cover domestic shipping within India.

Yes, we offer COD for domestic orders up to ₹5,000. You will receive an automated OTP to your registered mobile number at checkout, and unverified orders will be automatically canceled after 48 hours.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we accidentally sent the wrong product, we will make it right immediately at zero cost to you. Email us right away at info@vantuscart.com with your order number, a clear photo or unboxing video, and a photo of the outer packaging and shipping label. Once received, we will instantly issue a free replacement or a full refund.

We can only update shipping addresses or cancel orders before our 2:00 PM IST daily processing cut-off. Shipped orders cannot be modified or canceled, but you may refuse the package at the door.

Refund timelines depend on your original payment method, beginning after a 2-day warehouse inspection period. UPI and Mobile Wallets take 1 to 2 business days, Net Banking/NEFT takes 3 to 5 business days, Credit/Debit cards take 5 to 7 business days, and Vantuscart Store Credit is instant.
