Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only within India, to all major PIN codes, via trusted courier partners.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then:

• Prepaid/UPI: Free, 2–8 business days
• Cash on Delivery: 5–8 business days

Same timelines apply nationwide, including North East and remote areas.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, on orders up to ₹5,000.

• ₹99 fee under ₹999, free above ₹999
• Collected by the courier at delivery, not charged at checkout
• Verify via OTP at checkout or a call within 24 hrs — unverified orders cancel after 48 hrs

How do I track my order?

You'll get tracking by email and SMS once your order ships. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Only before our 2:00 PM IST daily cutoff. Once shipped, orders can't be changed or canceled — but you can refuse the package at the door.

What happens if a delivery fails or I refuse a COD package?

• First failed delivery: full refund, no questions asked
• Repeat failures: ₹140 deducted from your refund
• Courier's fault: always a full refund

The COD fee is only collected at successful delivery, so it's never charged on a failed one.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email info@vantuscart.com with your order number, a photo or unboxing video, and a photo of the outer box/shipping label. We'll issue a free replacement or full refund at zero cost to you. Tip: an unboxing video gets you resolved instantly instead of waiting on an investigation.

What is your return policy?

7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging intact. Free doorstep pickup, zero restocking fees.

What items can't be returned?

• Customized or personalized items
• Perishable goods
• Innerwear, swimwear, or cosmetics with broken hygiene seals
• Original shipping fees (refunded only if the return was our error)

When will I get my refund?

After a 2-day inspection once your return reaches us:

• UPI/Mobile Wallets: 1–2 business days
• Net Banking/NEFT: 3–5 business days
• Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days
